"IPTA is forward and modern" : B Panigrahi

"IPTA doesn't show a crown for a king or for that matter make things realistic. They have changed the way people look at theatre, IPTA is forward and modern", said Mr Bainkunth Panigrahi while inaugurating the National Drama Festival in Raigarh.

The doordarshan director also offered to shoot all of IPTA Raigarh's plays and airing it on Doordarshan Raipur to be viewed by a large audience base in order to spread the awareness to the grassroots. He was present at the inauguration along with Mr Nandkishor Tiwari, Mr Prabhat Tripathi and other dignitaries from Doordarshan Raipur.

Announcing the festival open, he was impressed with the quality and quantity of the audience despite of chilling weather here.
